Latest Cakes!
Here is what I have been working on the last couple of weeks:
Beer Cooler Cake: 4 layer banana walnut cake, iced in buttercream with rice cereal treat beer cans covered in fondant with hand painted labels. Ice is unflavored gelatin.
Diaper Bag Cake: 4 layer chocolate cake covered in fondant with fondant detailing; diaper and bib in pockets and pacifier.
Supergirl Cake: 8" round cake iced and decorated in buttercream as per the birthday girl's request ;)
Doll Cake: 4 layer chocolate cake with Barbie, buttercream iced skirt, fondant bodice and swags with fondant ribbon roses.
